Create the project with a title and buyer organization, then upload the source document when you have it. The extraction task identifies answerable buyer prompts, preserves their section and source order, and saves them only after terminal persistence. If no prompts are found or the task fails, the project remains available for manual entry.

The response review page keeps buyer question, section, answer, reviewer assignment, status, and row actions together.
