Then every term is pulled into a review form — period, renewal date, auto-renewal, notice period, cost — with the verbatim notice clause preserved alongside the numbers. What the document doesn't state stays blank with a warning instead of a guess, and month-precision dates are completed to the 1st and flagged as an assumption. How accurate is the extraction?

It extracts what the document states and leaves blank what it doesn't, with a warning per gap. Month-precision dates are completed to the 1st and flagged as an assumption. Every value passes through a review form before it is saved.
