Stop paying for another year you meant to cancel.
Upload your vendor contracts. EasyRenewal reads the terms, computes every cancellation deadline, and flags the ones you can still act on — 30 days before the window closes.
- Works from the PDFs you already have
- Nothing saved unreviewed — you confirm every extracted value
- No integrations; contracts stay in your workspace

Built for whoever owns the vendor list
“We found out about the auto-renewal from the invoice, and it wasn't the first time.”
“We have forty tools with forty renewal dates, tracked in a spreadsheet nobody updates.”
“I know the notice period is in the PDF somewhere. I just don't have time to read them all.”
From a folder of PDFs to a deadline you can act on
Ready to run, and built to be changed.
EasyRenewal is a Luo workspace, not a locked app. It works the moment you connect your accounts — and when your process differs, you tell the assistant and it reshapes the pages, fields, rules, and automations for you.
Ready on day one
Start from the template and connect your tools; there is nothing to install and no developer or migration involved.
Change it in chat
Add a field, rename a stage, change a rule, wire up an alert — say it, and the assistant rebuilds the workspace around it.
- Which contracts can I still cancel before October?
- Flag contracts 60 days out instead of 30

What's inside.
From PDF to structured terms in one pass
Extraction starts by classifying the contract: fixed-term or evergreen. Then every term is pulled into a review form — period, renewal date, auto-renewal, notice period, cost — with the verbatim notice clause preserved alongside the numbers. What the document doesn't state stays blank with a warning instead of a guess, and month-precision dates are completed to the 1st and flagged as an assumption. Nothing is saved until you've reviewed it.
Every cancellation window, visible before it closes
Each contract's effective action deadline is computed for you: its explicit change deadline, or the renewal date minus the notice period. The dashboard sorts everything by whichever deadline comes next and badges each contract — Act now inside 30 days, Deadline passed, On track, and Ongoing for evergreen contracts that can be cancelled any time with notice. Summary tiles keep the count of contracts needing action in view, and every contract shows its cost as stated: a total, or a fee per month.
Ask it, don't administer it
The whole tracker is a Luo workspace, so nothing about it is fixed. Ask which contracts you can still cancel before the quarter ends and get the answer with deadlines attached. Want a 60-day warning instead of 30, an extra field, or a reminder email when a window opens? Say so — the assistant reshapes the workspace, and the dashboard follows.
Up and running in three steps.

Nothing to connect — no mailbox, no calendar scopes. The tracker runs entirely inside your Luo workspace.
Upload your contracts
Drop in the PDFs one by one; AI extracts each contract's terms and you confirm them in the review form.
Watch the dashboard
Deadlines are computed and sorted for you — contracts entering their cancellation window get flagged 30 days out.

How accurate is the extraction?
It extracts what the document states and leaves blank what it doesn't, with a warning per gap. Month-precision dates are completed to the 1st and flagged as an assumption. Every value passes through a review form before it is saved.
What happens with contracts that renew automatically forever?
They're classified as evergreen. Instead of a renewal date the dashboard shows the notice period, so you always know how much lead time a cancellation needs.
Can I assign an owner to a contract?
Yes. During review you can set an owner by name and email; the dashboard shows it on each contract.
Does it send reminders?
Out of the box it flags contracts on the dashboard. Ask the assistant for a reminder email when a window opens and it adds one.
Where do the PDFs go?
Into your Luo workspace; no third-party integration is involved.
Start now, cancel on your terms, not the vendor's.
Upload the contracts you already have, confirm what the AI read, and every renewal deadline is computed and watched. When you want it to work differently, tell the assistant.
