3D Asset Generation Pipleine

Turn a source prompt into confirmed views and downloadable meshes

Create a shared asset, generate a native multi-viewport composite, correct its seven regions, and start a mesh job from one confirmed slice group.

  • Runs on Luo native gpt-image-2 for reference image generation.
  • Does not start FAL mesh generation until a member connects a personal fal.ai account.
  • Stores prompts, composites, regions, slices, references, and mesh outputs in the shared Luo workspace.

Built for teams turning visual references into reusable 3D inputs

3D modeler
I need the source prompt, reference composite, and corrected view slices together so I can reuse the visual basis for a model.
Asset producer
I need generation progress, detection diagnostics, and retained history visible instead of losing the material when a long run continues.
Workspace owner
I need shared defaults and asset records that every member can review, while mesh generation remains tied to the member's connected FAL account.

A Luo solution

Ready to run, and built to be changed.

3D Asset Generation Pipleine is a Luo workspace, not a locked app. It works the moment you connect your accounts — and when your process differs, you tell the assistant and it reshapes the pages, fields, rules, and automations for you.

  1. Ready on day one

Start from the template and connect your tools; there is nothing to install and no developer or migration involved.

  2. Change it in chat

Add a field, rename a stage, change a rule, wire up an alert — say it, and the assistant rebuilds the workspace around it.

  3. Part of your Company OS

It lives in your Luo workspace next to your knowledge base and every other tool you build there — your data, your accounts, one assistant across all of it. What is Luo? →

Shared asset library

Keep prompts, composites, and slices together

The library shows shared asset packages newest first, with derived pipeline status, tags, source-prompt excerpts, and whether a complete slice group is retained. Creating an asset records a draft without generating imagery, then opens the asset editor for the next step.

Native reference generation

Generate a durable seven-view composite

The asset editor creates one or more colored multi-viewport composites through native gpt-image-2. The attempt retains effective dimensions, selected settings, visual-guidance FileRefs, progress stages, activity timestamps, generated files, and downstream detection results so navigation does not cancel the work.

Viewport correction

Turn detected regions into confirmed slices

The focused splice editor works from the selected composite and its persisted detection attempt. A member can reposition, resize, or rotate each viewport, keep the measured or fallback diagnostic visible, and confirm a complete seven-region group without changing earlier composites or slice history.

FAL mesh generation

Generate a mesh from one confirmed group

Composite Mesh Management accepts only complete confirmed seven-view groups from the selected composite. Front is required, other views are optional, polygon count stays between 40,000 and 1,500,000, and members choose Textured Normal or Geometry-only output before starting a job through their connected personal fal.ai account.

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Connect tools

Connect your personal fal.ai account when you want to start mesh generation; native image generation is available in Luo.

  2. Describe and configure

Create an asset with a source prompt, choose 16:9 image defaults, and optionally select retained visual-guidance references.

  3. Run the pipeline

Generate a composite, correct and confirm its seven viewport slices, then start and monitor a mesh job from the confirmed group.

Does the workspace show a 3D model directly in the app?

No. Direct in-app 3D model viewing is out of scope for this release. The workspace retains returned mesh files for download.

Can anyone start mesh generation?

No. The member starting a mesh job must connect their own configured personal fal.ai account, and the job requires one complete confirmed viewport group.

What happens when a generation continues after I leave the page?

The durable attempt continues, retains its stage and activity metadata, and the asset editor resumes showing persisted progress when reopened.

Can I correct detection without losing the original composite?

Yes. The splice editor lets a member move, resize, or rotate individual regions while retaining the source composite and prior slice history.

Does the workspace include advanced mesh editing?

No. Advanced mesh editing, retopology, rigging, animation, and direct in-app 3D model viewing are outside this release.

Keep every generated view, correction, and mesh job with the asset.Review the source before the mesh

The workspace preserves composites, regions, slice groups, selected inputs, and downloadable outputs for reuse.
